This Disclaimer is the operative statement that every product distributed by ReadyPep is a research compound for in-vitro laboratory work only. It complements the Terms of Service and is repeated, in compressed form, on every product page, on the order confirmation, on the parcel exterior label, and on the lot certificate.
Every product distributed by ReadyPep is a research compound, sold and shipped exclusively for in-vitro laboratory experimentation, analytical testing, method development and reference-standard work. The compounds are not foods, not dietary supplements, not cosmetics, not medical devices, and not therapeutic products of any kind. They are not approved, licensed, registered or cleared for use in or on humans, animals, or any living organism by the FDA, MHRA, EMA, Health Canada, TGA, or any other regulatory authority worldwide.
No statement in any product page, certificate of analysis, blog post, ad creative, customer-support reply, prelander, email or social-media post operated by ReadyPep should be read as a therapeutic, diagnostic, preventive or rehabilitative claim. Where third-party publications or unrelated researchers have studied a compound, those publications stand for themselves and do not constitute a ReadyPep representation.
Independent of any agreement with ReadyPep, the following uses of the Products are forbidden as a condition of sale. Engaging in any of the uses below voids any guarantee, voids the order, exposes the Researcher to chargeback dispute, and may be reported to applicable enforcement authorities where ReadyPep is required to do so.
By placing an Order with ReadyPep, the Researcher accepts personal responsibility for the lawful, ethical and safe use of the Product after delivery. Specifically, the Researcher is responsible for: (i) confirming that receipt, possession and intended in-vitro use of the Product are lawful in the destination jurisdiction; (ii) operating in a laboratory environment with appropriate engineering controls, hazard signage, training and personal protective equipment; (iii) following the institution COSHH or equivalent risk-assessment regime before opening any container; (iv) disposing of unused Product, contaminated consumables and primary packaging in accordance with local hazardous-waste rules.
ReadyPep does not supervise, certify, audit or otherwise warrant the Researcher laboratory or institutional controls. The research-use attestation collected at signup and at checkout is documentary, not operational; it does not transfer responsibility for laboratory safety to ReadyPep.
Every lot of every Product distributed by ReadyPep is independently tested by a third-party lab. Two PDFs are issued per lot: a high-performance liquid-chromatography purity certificate and a separate pH test certificate. Both PDFs are linked from the relevant product page before the lot ships. The third-party certificate is the binding statement of identity, purity and pH for the lot. It is not a therapeutic, diagnostic or fitness-for-use claim. The Researcher is responsible for assessing whether a given lot measured purity and pH meet the requirements of the Researcher specific in-vitro experiment.
Acceptance of this Disclaimer is signalled twice in the buyer journey: once when the Researcher creates an Account on readypep.com, and again when the Researcher confirms the Order at checkout on WhatsApp. Both affirmations are time-stamped and recorded with IP address and user-agent. Together they constitute the documentary evidence that the Researcher (a) is a qualified scientific researcher, (b) is buying for in-vitro research, and (c) understands and accepts the forbidden uses and the limitation of liability described here and in the Terms of Service.
Where an Order is placed by an institutional purchasing department on behalf of a named Researcher, the institution warrants that the Researcher has been informed of, and accepts, this Disclaimer in equivalent form.
Pre-filled research pens offered by ReadyPep are manufactured by Metatide Healthcare. ReadyPep is the authorized distributor and is responsible for storefront operations, customs and shipping logistics, customer-support correspondence, certificate publication and the same-day replacement guarantee described in the Refund Policy. Primary product-level responsibility (for the underlying synthesis, fill, lot identification and manufacturer paperwork) sits with Metatide Healthcare and is not assumed by ReadyPep through this Disclaimer.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English statutory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability the exclusion of which is prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection rules in the Researcher jurisdiction.
If you believe you, a colleague, or a third party has been exposed to a Product in vivo by accident or in violation of this Disclaimer, contact a qualified medical professional immediately. After medical attention, please notify [email protected] so the lot can be flagged for additional review. ReadyPep maintains an internal incident register; entries are anonymised before any aggregate publication.
Counterfeit, tampered or diverted product encountered in any consumer-facing channel should also be reported to [email protected]. ReadyPep cooperates with manufacturer take-down efforts to remove counterfeit listings from third-party marketplaces.
